Outsourcing human resources services can present an important opportunity for business owners

Brenda LaMarche, Honkamp Payroll’s vice president of human resources services, discussed the potential benefits of outsourcing HR with host Kyle Roed during a recent installment of his popular “Rebel HR Podcast.” The episode is titled Creating Efficient HR Departments with Brenda LaMarche.

“I think there is also a lot of fear with outsourcing because it’s an unknown for many, many companies of different sizes,” LaMarche said during the episode. “Outsourcing is a good opportunity for companies to be able to focus more on business operations, more on supporting their teams and can actually be a valuable resource for these businesses as it leads toward success, especially with the hiring problems that all of us experience in today’s world.”

She also talked about how Honkamp Payroll works with companies to assess what outsourced services might be most beneficial.
